As a company, Avicii believes that when the community succeeds, we succeed. We’re proud to be providing a way for independent designers to earn a living doing what they love. For Elements, we’re sharing 50% of net revenue and pioneering the use of subscriber share.

Each Avicii team member regardless of role, entity, or location must follow the law, the Code of Ethics, and Avicii’s policies and procedures. We recognize that we can impact the human rights of our team members, guests, workers in the supply chain, as well as people in the communities in which we operate. In line with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization Core Conventions, we are committed to respecting human rights throughout our operations.
In alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, we respect human rights and seek to avoid adverse human rights impacts resulting from our business activities. We are continuously working to do better, but if there are adverse impacts, our approach is to provide access to an effective remedy.

Implementation
We will conduct ongoing due diligence, as well as engage with our stakeholders to better understand our salient human rights issues. We will develop and implement training on this policy for members and our suppliers. Additionally, Avicii’s free live chat or call is available to our members and suppliers with concerns about potential violations of our Code of Ethics.

Respecting Human Rights
Our Responsible Sourcing Program is the way we respect human rights in our supply chain so that human rights issues are understood and upheld. We expect our business partners to adhere to ethical business conduct consistent with our own, and are committed to working with them to fulfill this common goal.
All our suppliers are bound by AVICII Sourcing Policy and suppliers and sellers must undergo further checks aligned with our AVICII Sourcing Standards which make the following mandatory:
- All our suppliers’ and sellers’ workers must be treated with respect and dignity.
- Suppliers are to provide workers with a safe place to work and respect workers’ rights to freedom of association.
- Workers’ grievances are to be heard, appropriately investigated, and any required remedial action taken, in addition to building capacity and awareness around social and labor practices.
